1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and sans4d ("we", "us", "our", "Company", "Platform"), governing your access to and use of the sans4d website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing our website, or using any part of our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Service and close your account.

sans4d operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform providing sports betting, live casino, lottery games (including togel markets), and other gaming entertainment services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through email or platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User to access and use the Service.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in a User's Account, including deposited funds and any winnings, minus withdrawals and losses.
• "Bet" means a wager placed by a User on any game or sporting event offered through the Service.
• "Bonus" means promotional funds, free bets, or other incentives credited to a User's Account subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm User identity and eligibility.
• "User Content" means any data, information, or materials submitted by a User through the Service.
• "Withdrawal" means the process of transferring funds from a User's Account Balance to their designated bank account or e-wallet.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use the sans4d Service, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. We conduct age verification checks, and any User found to be under 21 will have their account immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Geographic Location: While sans4d welcomes players from Indonesia and other permitted jurisdictions, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of online gambling services complies with the laws of your country, state, or locality. Indonesia's legal framework regarding online gambling stems from colonial-era legislation that predates the internet. You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for determining whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may register only one account. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed, and funds may be forfeited.
• Personal Use: Your account must be registered in your own legal name and used exclusively by you. Accounts registered on behalf of third parties, using false information, or shared with others are prohibited.
• Financial Capability: You must use funds that are legally yours and not derived from illegal activities. You confirm that gambling with us will not cause you financial hardship.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create a sans4d account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah - IDR). Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

sans4d is committed to preventing underage gambling, identity fraud, money laundering, and other illegal activities. Before processing your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification by submitting:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account number)
• Additional documentation as requested for enhanced due diligence in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations

Verification typically takes 24-48 hours. Withdrawals are suspended until KYC is completed. We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must:

• Create a strong, unique password and never share it with anyone
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized account access or security breach
• Log out after each session, especially when using shared or public devices
• Not allow others to access or use your account under any circumstances

You are liable for all activities occurring under your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify us of a security breach. sans4d is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain security.

5. Deposits and Account Funding

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sans4d accepts deposits through major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallets. Maximum deposit limits are detailed on our banking page and may vary based on your payment method and account status.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfers during off-peak hours or weekends may experience minor delays. We do not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and covering any third-party fees.

5.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all deposited funds are legally yours, not derived from criminal activity, and that your use of the Service complies with applicable anti-money laundering laws. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposit patterns and may request source-of-funds documentation.

6. Withdrawals and Payouts

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available only after successful KYC completion. You may withdraw only to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own legal name matching your sans4d account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance.

6.2 Processing Times and Limits

Standard withdrawal processing takes 1-24 hours depending on your VIP level and verification status. VIP Gold members receive priority processing within 6 hours, Platinum within 3 hours, and Diamond/Black Diamond near-instant processing. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account level and payment method.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before withdrawing, you must meet the turnover requirements for any active bonuses. For anti-money laundering purposes, deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks on large withdrawals or suspicious withdrawal patterns.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

sans4d offers various bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and promotional offers. Each bonus has specific terms including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. Bonus terms are published on the promotion page and form part of this Agreement.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses are subject to wagering (turnover) requirements before withdrawal. For example, a 100% deposit bonus up to Rp 20.000.000 with 5x wagering means you must wager (bonus + deposit) × 5 before withdrawing. Different games contribute differently to wagering: slots typically 100%, table games 10-20%, sports betting varies by odds.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse including multiple accounts to claim repeated bonuses, coordinated betting patterns, low-risk betting strategies solely to clear wagering, or any attempt to exploit bonuses unfairly will result in bonus forfeiture, winning confiscation, and account closure.

8. Betting Rules and Game Play

8.1 Bet Acceptance

sans4d reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your betting history, it is binding and cannot be cancelled (except for obvious errors as defined in Section 8.3). You are responsible for ensuring bet details are correct before confirmation.

8.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting rules govern how bets are settled, including void bets, postponed matches, abandoned games, and controversial decisions. Full sports betting rules are available on our sportsbook page. For live betting, odds change dynamically, and bet acceptance may be delayed during critical moments.

8.3 Obvious Errors

sans4d reserves the right to void bets or correct settlements in cases of obvious errors including incorrect odds (e.g., decimal odds of 1.01 for a 50/50 outcome), technical glitches displaying wrong results, or human error in odds compilation. Affected users will be notified, and stakes returned.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Using VPN, proxy, or other tools to disguise your location or circumvent restrictions
• Colluding with other players, match-fixing, or any form of cheating
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or manipulate outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs or system vulnerabilities for advantage
• Money laundering or using the platform for illegal financial transactions
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other users
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access restricted systems

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

sans4d is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools to help you maintain control including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and reality-check reminders. You can set these limits in your account dashboard.

If you feel gambling is becoming problematic, we offer self-exclusion options ranging from 24 hours to permanent account closure. During self-exclusion, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sans4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service including loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account in the six months preceding the claim or $100 USD equivalent in IDR, whichever is less.

We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by events beyond our control including internet service provider failures, power outages, natural disasters, government actions, acts of war, terrorism, or force majeure events.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact our customer support team through live chat, email, or in-app messaging. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate to our complaints department at [email protected].

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By using our Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sans4d holds its gaming license. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

By using our Service from Indonesia or any other location, you consent to the application of these governing laws and jurisdiction, even if they differ from the laws of your own country.

15. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw your remaining balance subject to KYC completion and compliance with all terms. sans4d reserves the right to close or suspend accounts for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, prolonged inactivity, or business necessity.

In the event of termination for cause, we may withhold funds pending investigation and reserve the right to forfeit balances if prohibited activities are confirmed.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game rules or bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and sans4d regarding your use of the Service, superseding all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
